AGM 2008
This year’s Annual General Meeting will be Sunday, April 6th, at 5:00 PM in the Sub Council Chambers. The AGM is a chance to reflect on the year, and make recommendations for next year. It is also when we hold elections for executive positions.
If you’d like to be involved with Pride next year, now is your chance. Remember, Pride is only as good as our members make it, so please get involved and bring your own vision and creativity to our organization. A brief description of the available positions is below, and you can also contact current exec members if you have any questions (contact information is available on our website at www.prideubc.com/content/executive). If you would like to run for a position, please come to the AGM. If you would like to run for a position but are unable to attend, please let me (Nicole) know so that we can vote anyway.
Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM. In order to be able to vote in the elections, you must have attended at least one admin meeting this school year, or volunteered at one of our events. If you are unsure if you qualify for voting, please contact me prior to the meeting.
Hope to see everyone there!
