Hey Pridelings! If you are looking for something to do Thanksgiving Monday, come out for a potluck and/or out to see the play, Laramie Project: 10 Years Later (An Epilogue to the original Laramie Project). It is the world premiere of the play and it is opening in almost every major city in the western world! You would be a part of history (Plus, it lands on the same weekend as national coming out day... how perfect is that?)!

Interested in showing off your true colours? Come OUT to Pride UBC's first all-ages dance of the year, "A Taste of the Rainbow"! This awesome event will be held this Friday, October 2, from 7-11 PM in SUB Room 207/209. Good music, good company, snacks and Skittles will be provided in large quantities!

Welcome to our first week back to school! I hope you all had great summers and are looking forward to the new year!

To kick the week off right, we'll be hosting a booth at Imagine Day! Come by and say hi, from 2-4 PM in the Koerner's Plaza (Where the big library is). This will be a great way for first years to get involved and for all of you to meet your 2009-2010 Executive.

Starting the week of the 14th, all discussion groups will be running. This includes our weekly admin meeting on Mondays, On-the-QT and On-the-DL, FLOW, GLOW, TQT, and LFF.

We will also be having a bqqr garden on Friday, September 18th after a day of Queer Orientations. Check back here for more information on that later.

The exec will be hosting office hours whenever they can, so do stop by the office. We'd love to meet some new people and say hello to old friends!
