1. Beer Garden bookings
	- Should we book in the SUB now and have a change of venue later?
	- For the first week, should we have an all ages event or a beer garden?
		- Beer Garden the first week, because most first years won't be able to drink yet anyway.
		- All Ages event at the end of Club weeks.

2. Pride Parade
	- AMS is going to be paying and putting in the paperwork for it.
	- We need someone to organize people to get involved.
	- Allen and Richard are interested in organizing people for it.

3. AGM Positions
	- People should e-mail Chris to voice their interest or post on the forum.

4. Kareoke Event
	- Do a kareoke night out on March 31st at Jupiter Lounge.
	- Adie is organizing this.

5. Social Event at Pulse
	- Ryan from Pulse wanted to have Pride UBC come to a Thursday Night dance.
	- They will provide us a bus to bring us to the club.
	- We must sell tickets for the event, and 2 dollars per ticket must go to Pulse.
	- Tickets include bus, cover, and a free drink.
	- What should we sell the tickets for? Sell tickets for $7.
		- Chris motioned, Cole seconded. 10 approved, 1 abstained.
