Pride UBC Admin Meeting

Attendees: Tom, Kevin, Sasha, Chris, Adie, Cole, Kendall

1. Pulse Event
	- Advertising the event outside at a small booth.
	- Instead of selling tickets, 5 dollars at the club door for Pride UBC.
	- No shuttle, because they haven't gotten back to us.
	- If this doesn't work out, potluck or go clubbing somewhere else.

2. Donations
	- Chris motions to donate all proceeds from Pulse event to the Centre, Adie seconds.
	- 7 approve, 0 opposed, 0 abstain.

3. Power of One
	- Janet is wanting people to come down for a leadership conference in Tacoma, WA.
	- They will need to co-sponsor their fare.
	- Cole will e-mail her to learn more details about the event:
		- Who is meant to attend (Exec, anyone?)
		- What will they need to pay?
